What Notivate is

Notivate is a preparation layer for important dates, deadlines, and life admin. It is not medical, legal, tax, financial, or other guaranteed professional advice, and we cannot promise any specific result from using it.

Acceptance of terms

By using notivate.me or creating an account, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.

Account creation

You sign in with a one-time magic code sent to your email. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure and for activity that happens through your account.

Payments

Paid access is sold as a one-time annual purchase. Prices are shown before checkout. Purchases are non-refundable, including if you later delete your account.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Notivate to break the law, interfere with the service, scrape or reverse engineer it, send spam, or try to access another person's data without permission.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep Notivate reliable, but the service is provided as is and may change over time. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Notivate is not liable for indirect damages, missed events, downtime, or decisions you make based on the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version here. Continuing to use Notivate after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
